Role Overview Kami mencari QA Engineer berpengalaman untuk bergabung dengan tim produk kami. Kandidat ideal memiliki fondasi kuat dalam manual testing, terbiasa bekerja dengan dokumentasi teknis, serta mampu berkolaborasi lintas fungsi dengan tim engineering maupun product. Tanggung Jawab - Merancang dan mengeksekusi manual dan automation testing untuk fitur-fitur baru - Melakukan load testing untuk memvalidasi performa sistem - Melakukan API testing untuk kebutuhan integrasi backend - Menyusun dokumentasi bug report dan evidence report yang jelas dan actionable - Berkolaborasi secara aktif dengan tim development, product, dan tim terkait lainnya
Persyaratan
Anda mungkin cocok jika…
Requirements - Minimal 1-3 tahun pengalaman profesional sebagai QA Engineer / Software Tester - Kemampuan belajar cepat dan adaptif terhadap tools maupun proses baru - Terbiasa menyusun dokumentasi yang terstruktur dan rapi, termasuk bug report dan evidence report - Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, mengingat peran ini akan banyak berkoordinasi dengan tim development maupun tim non-teknis (product, stakeholder) Kompetensi Teknis (Wajib) - Menguasai manual testing secara menyeluruh, mulai dari perancangan test case, eksekusi, hingga pelaporan hasil - Berpengalaman melakukan API testing menggunakan Postman dan/atau Swagger - Memahami dan pernah menggunakan JMeter untuk keperluan load/performance testing - Memiliki pengalaman hands-on dalam automation testing (framework tidak dibatasi - Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, atau lainnya), dengan pemahaman konsep otomatisasi yang solid
