VRIAcademy is looking for a Marketing & Event Support Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our online training programs and marketing activities. This role is highly operational and execution-focused. You will assist in preparing and running online classes, managing participant communications, and supporting light marketing activities. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in learning how online training programs and events are executed in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities - Support the operational preparation of online training sessions (Zoom setup, scheduling, basic technical checks) - Assist in creating and sending invitations via email, WhatsApp, and calendar tools - Manage participant data, attendance lists, and simple reporting - Prepare and distribute digital certificates to participants - Support participant communication before, during, and after sessions - Assist with basic marketing support tasks (promo materials distribution, follow-ups, simple coordination) - Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth program execution - Help with documentation and post-event reports
