The candidate must be comfortable interacting with clients, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional service while achieving assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
ā Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
ā Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
ā Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
ā Conduct negotiations and close sales opportunities.
ā Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
ā Manage projects from the proposal stage through event delivery and post-event evaluation.
ā Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
ā Prepare regular sales and project progress reports.
