📝 Job Summary: As the Strategic Accounting Operations Manager, you will oversee the performance and daily functions of the Finance team, ensuring compliance, productivity, and quality assurance. You’ll manage team output, monitor workflows, and provide actionable insights through special reports. This position is ideal for experienced professionals seeking to leverage their accounting background in a dynamic, high-performing environment. ✅ Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline - CPA required - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on accounting experience - Familiarity with Xero is a must - Knowledge of Australian compliance standards is a plus 🧩 Key Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor Finance team performance - Oversee task execution, timelines, and workflow accuracy - Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards - Review and conduct QA on team outputs - Produce special financial reports and ad-hoc insights
