As a new team member
š§āš¼ Position: Secretary š£ Location: Makati City, Philippines š Responsibilities: - Handles communication (letters, reports, memos) - Prepares drafts and written correspondence - Schedules appointments for superiors - Greets visitors and answers inquiries - Manages phone calls, fax, and email - Organizes and retrieves confidential records - Coordinates travel and volunteer processing - Reserves meeting rooms and arranges transportation - Assists in other administrative functions as needed š Requirements: - Degree holder or at least completed 2 years of college - Fluent in spoken and written English - 2ā3 years of experience in a Salesian setting - 1 year of administrative experience
