Our business overview
Pacific Surgical started back in 2005—though back then, it was called Pacific Spine. The idea was simple: help Filipino patients and surgeons get access to the best surgical tools and tech out there. At first, it was all about spine care. But as time went on, the team realized there was more they could do. Now, Pacific Surgical has five different divisions: Spine, Joints, Sports, Biologics, and Capital Equipment. The Spine, Joints, and Sports teams work with cutting-edge implants from the U.S., while Capital Equipment handles high-tech surgical machines. The Biologics group focuses on products that support healing from injuries or aging. Orthopedic care is still the heart of the company, making up most of its work. But Pacific Surgical has also started exploring new areas—like General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Rheumatology, and even Surgical Simulation. Through it all, the goal stays the same: to keep raising the bar for healthcare in the Philippines.
Our purpose
To improve the Filipino orthopedic patient experience by providing surgeons with access to the best technology, advanced training opportunities, and outstanding customer support.
Our culture
At our core, we’re driven by one simple ambition: to be the first name that comes to mind when people think of orthopedic care in the Philippines—whether they’re our customers, our partners, or our own team. But for us, being “first” isn’t just about market position. It means being the most trusted, the most reliable, and the most forward-thinking. We believe in showing up—not just with the best products, but with heart, integrity, and a commitment to doing right by the people we serve. Our culture is built on that spirit. We move fast, we stay curious, and we push ourselves to raise the standard every day. Whether you're a surgeon relying on our tools, a supplier counting on our partnership, or a teammate growing with us—we want you to feel that you’re part of something that truly puts people first. That’s what “being first” means to us. And that’s the kind of company we strive to be.
