📢 We're Hiring: Sales Admin Location: Eastwood, Quezon City Company: Callhounds Global Department: Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full-time Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a dynamic sales team? Callhounds Global is looking for a Sales Admin to join our growing team! 💼 Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Sales and Business Development teams Manage and update CRM systems, sales trackers, and performance reports Coordinate with internal departments for client onboarding and documentation Monitor deadlines, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups Support in tracking leads, client communications, and sales metrics Help organize sales campaigns, events, and training sessions ✅ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or sales support role Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Strong communication and coordination skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask Team player with a proactive attitude 🌟 What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Career growth and learning opportunities A dynamic and supportive team environment Monthly employee engagement activities Exposure to local and international markets
