As a new team member
Job Summary: The Transfer Representative / Telesales / Telemarketer / Call Center Agent /Telecaller Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and transferring qualified leads or interested prospects to the appropriate department or specialist. This role focuses solely on initiating contact, verifying interest, and ensuring a smooth handoff—without the need for closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls using a provided list or CRM system. Qualify leads based on pre-set criteria. Identify decision-makers and generate interest in products or services. Transfer warm leads to the appropriate internal department or sales closer. Maintain accurate call records and update CRM with call outcomes. Meet or exceed daily and weekly transfer targets. Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines at all times. Handle basic objections and redirect inquiries appropriately. Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center, outbound sales, lead generation or similar role preferred Excellent communication and listening skills. Confident, professional phone presence. Ability to work independently and stay motivated. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
