Responsibilities: - Train and orient newly acquired and existing accredited providers - Manage accredited providers by enforcing agreed contracts - Proactively resolve service issues (claims, accounts receivable, legal, managed care, etc.) - Schedule meetings between client decision-makers and company leaders - Present new services and enhance provider relationships - Submit progress reports and ensure data accuracy - Coordinate APE transactions with providers - Handle provider accreditation and orientation on AMAPHIL processes
