As a new team member
The Cost Accountant tracks, analyzes, and manages production costs, inventory, and financial processes to optimize profitability and efficiency. They ensure accurate financial reporting, cost control, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis. - Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and financial reporting. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Experience in food production or inventory management is a plus. - Willing to be assigned in Naga, Bicol Region.
