As a new team member
- Licensed or Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture. - Proficient in AutoCAD applications. - Knowledge in Civil 3D, Sketch UP, and 3D modeling applications is an advantage. - Skilled in rendering designs and developing project programs of work. - Experience in construction documentation and technical report writing. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Flexible and adaptable to various work environments. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. - Must possess a valid driver's license. - Amenable to work in Quezon City area.
