Funding Announcement • RevComm has completed the first close of its Series A funding round, raising 800 million yen. • RevComm has completed the second close of its Series A funding round, securing an additional 700 million yen, bringing the total Series A funding to 1.5 billion yen. WiL led the Series A round, while the second close welcomed 10 additional investors, including NTT DOCOMO Ventures, KDDI, Shinsei Corporate Investment, Sony Innovation Fund by IGV, ALL STAR SAAS FUND, DEEPCORE, DNX Ventures, Hakuhodo DY Ventures, Mitsubishi UFJ Capital, and Miroku Jyoho Service.

The Inspiration Behind Our Mission Our founder, Takeshi Aida, first questioned Japan’s low productivity ranking within the G7 while working in a global trading company. Productivity is the product of efficiency and effectiveness—and given Japan’s high educational standards and strong ethical foundations, effectiveness is already well-established. The issue, then, lies in efficiency. Among various contributing factors, he identified high communication costs as the primary obstacle. In Japan, communication tends to focus not on what is said, but rather on who says it, to whom, and how. If we can reshape this communication style through technology, we believe Japan’s productivity can be dramatically improved. Solving the Black Box Problem in Sales & Customer Success Traditional sales, once driven by sheer determination and perseverance, is now shifting toward inside sales and customer success. While these approaches enhance productivity, their full potential can only be realized with the right technology. Many companies have introduced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SFA (Sales Force Automation) tools, but these solutions focus on “How” sales activities are conducted, neglecting the critical “Why.” As a result, companies still struggle to understand: • Why do some deals close while others fail? • Why is there inconsistency in performance across sales teams? This lack of insight stems from what we call the “Black Box Problem”—a situation where businesses lack visibility into what their employees and customers are actually discussing. Our goal is to break open this black box by using AI to analyze and visualize conversations, ultimately boosting productivity across Japanese enterprises. Now, we bring this concept to Indonesia. We try to improve the productivity among sales and call center agents by visualizing what and how the high performers are talking, which is going to become the asset for our customers in Indonesia as well.

As a new team member

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Partner Sales professional to drive our business expansion in Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, enabling channel growth, and driving revenue through enterprise-level collaborations. This is a high-impact role requiring strong business acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and onboard enterprise partners, including resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances, to accelerate market penetration. • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners, providing them with the necessary support, training, and resources to succeed. • Market Expansion: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly. • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations with enterprise partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term collaborations. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to align partner initiatives with company objectives. • Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance, analyze sales data, and provide insights to optimize channel strategies. Requirements • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in enterprise sales, partner sales, or business development, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or telecommunications company. • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indonesian B2B market, enterprise sales cycles, and partnership ecosystems. • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of building and closing large deals through partner networks. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to drive business growth. • Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to manage high-level stakeholders. • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both spoken and written). • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital collaboration platforms. • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-growing and dynamic business environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in SaaS, AI, cloud-based solutions, or B2B technology sales. • Existing network with Indonesian enterprises, system integrators, or channel partners. • Prior experience in expanding business operations or launching new market initiatives.
