RPA Presales / Technical Support (B2B SaaS)
We are hiring an RPA Presales / Technical Support professional to support the expansion of our Japanese-origin RPA product in Indonesia. This is not a sales-closing role. All commercial sales activities are handled by our system integrator (SI) partners. This role focuses on technical presales support, including RPA product explanation, demo support, basic configuration, and coordination with internal technical teams. Fresh graduates are welcome. The company provides structured RPA training, product education, and on-the-job technical mentoring. Key Responsibilities: RPA Presales & Technical Support Support SI partners during presales activities with RPA product explanations and demonstrations Assist in understanding customer business processes and identifying RPA automation opportunities â—Ź Prepare and support basic RPA workflow designsRPA Configuration & Demo Support Support RPA setup, configuration, and testing (after training) Assist partners during POC and demo environments â—Ź Respond to basic technical questions related to RPA functionality Partner & Internal Coordination Work closely with SI partners during partner-led sales activities â—Ź Communicate and coordinate with Japan-based product and engineering teams â—Ź Support smooth technical handover from presales to implementation Learning & Development â—Ź Actively participate in RPA training and certification programs â—Ź Continuously improve technical and communication skills Product Focus: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Candidates must be based in Jakarta Employment Type: Full-time (details negotiable)

TREASURY SUPERVISOR (DEBT MANAGEMENT)
Metro Pacific Fresh Farms is looking for a Treasury Supervisor who will be responsible for managing cash flow, banking transactions, and financial obligations of the company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in treasury operations, with preference for those who have handled bank loans (short-term and long-term). Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for operations • Manage bank accounts and all related transactions • Process and monitor bank loans, including documentation and coordination with banks • Handle short-term and long-term loan management • Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports • Ensure compliance with banking requirements and deadlines • Maintain good relationships with partner banks • Assist in financial planning and funding strategies • Ensure accuracy of treasury records and reports Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field • At least 3–5 years’ experience in treasury or finance • With experience in bank loan processing and management (highly preferred) • Strong knowledge in cash flow management and banking procedures • Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and negotiation skills Preferred: • Experience dealing with multiple banks • Background in loan structuring and financing
