We are looking for a results-driven Indonesian professional to lead local sales execution and drive distribution of Japanese technology products to System Integrators (SI) in Indonesia. This role will be responsible for leading an existing local sales team, strengthening SI partnerships, and accelerating market penetration. While principal/vendor management is handled by HQ, this role will ensure strong local execution and revenue growth. 1. Team Leadership & Execution Lead and manage the local sales team (existing members) Set clear targets, KPIs, and sales strategies for the team Monitor performance and ensure execution discipline Coach and develop team members to improve sales capabilities 2. SI Partner Development & Channel Expansion Strengthen relationships with existing SI partners Expand SI network and identify high-potential partners Build structured engagement plans with key SI accounts Drive partner activation and revenue contribution 3. Sales Pipeline & Revenue Ownership Own and drive sales pipeline through SI channels Ensure consistent deal flow and pipeline visibility Support team in key deals and strategic accounts Push for deal closure and revenue achievement 4. Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market Execution Ensure local team understands product positioning and value Support product training, demos, and workshops for SI partners Execute local GTM initiatives (events, campaigns, partner programs) Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads 5. HQ Collaboration (Japan Team) Align with HQ on product strategy and sales direction Provide structured market feedback (SI needs, trends, competitors) Report performance, pipeline, and key insights regularly Translate HQ strategy into local execution
